# [PU-016] Workflow

What is it?

Too many manual steps between job stages that should happen automatically. The Workflow Power-Up lets you build custom workflows that guide work orders through your business process — from assignment to completion — with automatic status changes, notifications, and approvals. Define how work should flow, and Out-Smart makes it happen.

How it Helps Your Business

  • Field Techs: Follow a clear, step-by-step process on their mobile device so they never skip an important step or wonder what to do next.
  • Office Staff: Work orders move through stages automatically — no more manually updating statuses or sending reminder emails.
  • Managers: Enforce consistent processes across the entire team and ensure quality standards are met on every job.
  • Customers: Experience a smoother, more predictable service because every job follows the same proven process.
