What is it?
You're making business decisions based on gut feeling instead of data. The Power BI Power-Up connects Out-Smart to Microsoft Power BI, giving you the ability to build custom dashboards and deep-dive analytics that show you exactly how your business is performing. Turn your operational data into actionable insights.
How it Helps Your Business
- Field Techs: While they won't use Power BI directly, their work data drives the insights that help the business improve — and better decisions mean better support and resources for them.
- Office Staff: Get answers to operational questions without exporting spreadsheets — just check the dashboard.
- Managers: Build custom dashboards that track exactly the KPIs that matter to your business, from job completion rates to revenue trends.
- Customers: Benefit indirectly from a business that uses data to continuously improve its service quality and response times.
