# [PU-022] Objects

What is it?

You can't easily track which equipment you've installed or serviced at each location. The Objects Power-Up lets you keep a detailed registry of all equipment, installations, and assets at your customer sites — with full service history and linked work orders. Know exactly what's installed where, and what's been done to it.

How it Helps Your Business

  • Field Techs: Pull up the complete service history of any piece of equipment before they arrive on site, so they know exactly what they're dealing with.
  • Office Staff: Quickly find which equipment is at which customer location, check warranty status, and schedule maintenance based on the asset registry.
  • Managers: Get a bird's-eye view of all managed assets, plan maintenance cycles, and make data-driven decisions about equipment replacement.
  • Customers: Benefit from technicians who arrive prepared, already knowing the equipment's history and any previous issues.
