Getting Started
To enable Mail to Work Orders, go to Settings → Marketplace in your Out-Smart back office. Find the Mail to Work Orders Power-Up and click Activate. You'll then configure which email inbox Out-Smart should monitor and set up any rules for how emails are converted into work orders.
