The Forms Power-Up replaces paper with digital forms that your field team fills out on their phone or tablet — data flows straight into Out-Smart for instant processing. This is the foundation for all form-based Power-Ups in Out-Smart.

Getting Started

To enable Forms, go to Settings → Marketplace in your Out-Smart back office. Find the Forms Power-Up and click Activate. Once enabled, you can start creating forms from the Forms section in settings. This Power-Up is the foundation for Form Templates, Visual Forms, Form STEK, and other form-based Power-Ups.
