Platform Features

The following features are available in OutSmart:

  • HOURTYPES_ENABLED: Enables management of different hour types (e.g. regular, overtime, travel) for time registration.
  • PROJECTS_ENABLED: Enables the projects module for grouping work orders, tracking costs, and managing project progress.
  • TEMPLATES_ENABLED: Enables work order templates for quickly creating recurring or standardized work orders.
  • PORTAL_ENABLED: Enables the customer portal where clients can view and create work orders online.
  • KTO_ENABLED: Enables the customer satisfaction (KTO) survey module for collecting reviews after work completion.
  • SHADOW_WORKORDERS_ENABLED: Enables shadow/co-worker work orders where multiple employees can be assigned to the same job.
  • WORKSTATUS_ENABLED: Enables configurable work order statuses to track the lifecycle of a work order.
  • OBJECTS_ENABLED: Enables the objects/assets module for managing equipment, installations, and maintenance items.
  • TABLET_SETTINGS_ENABLED: Enables the tablet/app settings page for configuring mobile app behavior per employee.
  • INTERNAL_WORK_DESCRIPTION_ENABLED: Enables an internal-only work description field on work orders not visible to customers.
