PDF & Document Generation

The following features are available in OutSmart:

  • PDF_ENABLED: Enables PDF generation and company logo/branding settings for work order documents.
  • MULTI_PDF_ENABLED: Allows choosing between multiple company logos/PDF templates per work order.
  • MERGEPDF_ENABLED: Enables merging multiple work order PDFs and form PDFs into a single document.
  • MAINCONTRACTOR_RECEIVE_FORMS_AS_PDF: Main contractor receives completed forms as PDF files when subcontractor finishes work.
  • MAINCONTRACTOR_RECEIVE_PDF: Main contractor receives the work order PDF when subcontractor completes the job.
  • ADVANCED_PDF_SETTINGS: Enables advanced PDF template settings with additional customization options.
  • PDF_ENABLED_NEXT: Enables the new (Next) version of the PDF settings view.
  • DISABLE_PDF_PREVIEWS: Disables PDF preview generation for attached documents in the mobile app.
