Materials & Inventory

The following features are available in OutSmart:

  • MATERIALREPORT2_ENABLED: Enables the material usage report for exporting material consumption data.
  • MATERIAL_CATEGORIES_ENABLED: Enables categorization of materials into groups for easier management.
  • MATERIALTYPES_ENABLED: Enables material type classification (e.g. parts, labor, consumables) for materials.
  • MATERIALS_ENABLED: Enables the materials catalog for managing products, parts, and pricing.
  • MATERIALS_PRICEMANAGEMENT_ENABLED: Enables advanced price management for materials including purchase and sale prices.
  • MATERIALS_SUB_ENABLED: Enables sub-materials (BOM) allowing materials to contain child material components.
  • SUBCONTRACTOR_TAKEOVER_MATERIALS: Allows subcontractors to take over material data when accepting delegated work orders.
  • MAINCONTRACTOR_RECEIVE_MATERIALS: Controls how the main contractor handles material data from completed subcontractor work (IGNORE/RECEIVE/OVERRIDE).
  • MATERIALS_ENABLED_NEXT: Enables the new (Next) version of the materials list view.
  • MATERIALTYPES_ENABLED_NEXT: Enables the new (Next) version of the material types list view.
