Forms & Data Collection

The following features are available in OutSmart:

  • FORMS_ENABLED: Enables custom checklists and digital forms that can be attached to work orders.
  • BACKOFFICE_EDIT_FORMS: Enables editing form/checklist responses directly from the backoffice interface.
  • DASHBOARD_TOPFORMS_ENABLED: Enables the TopForms-specific dashboard variant (currently disabled across all plans).
  • FORM_SIGNATURE_ENABLED: Enables digital signature fields within custom forms/checklists.
  • FORM_TABLE_ENABLED: Enables table-type input fields within custom forms (currently disabled).
  • SUBCONTRACTOR_TAKEOVER_FORMS: Allows subcontractors to take over form/checklist data when accepting delegated work orders.
  • MAINCONTRACTOR_RECEIVE_FORMS: Controls how the main contractor handles form data from completed subcontractor work (IGNORE/RECEIVE/OVERRIDE).
  • TOPFORMS_STEP_2_CLICKED: Tracks whether the user has completed step 2 of the TopForms onboarding wizard.
  • TOPFORMS_STEP_4_CLICKED: Tracks whether the user has completed step 4 of the TopForms onboarding wizard.
  • MODULE_VISUAL_FORMS_ENABLED: Enables the beta visual form builder for creating forms with a drag-and-drop interface.
