The following features are available in OutSmart:

  • AUTOMATIONS_ENABLED: Enables workflow automations that trigger actions based on work order status changes.
  • WORKFLOW_SHOW_CLIENT_DATA: Shows client/customer data in the work order workflow in the mobile app.
  • WORKFLOW_SHOW_WORK_DETAILS: Shows work details (description, type) in the work order workflow in the mobile app.
  • WORKFLOW_EDIT_WORK_DETAILS: Allows editing work details in the work order workflow in the mobile app.
  • WORKFLOW_SHOW_RELATION_DETAILS: Shows detailed relation/client information in the work order workflow in the app.
  • WORKFLOW_SHOW_SCHEDULE: Shows the schedule/planning information in the work order workflow in the app.
  • WORKFLOW_EDIT_SCHEDULE: Allows editing the schedule/planning in the work order workflow in the app.
