Offline mode overview

Yes — the OutSmart mobile app is designed with an offline-first architecture. Technicians can continue working in areas with poor or no connectivity, and data is synchronised automatically when a connection is restored.

What works offline

How synchronisation works

The app performs an automatic sync approximately every 15 minutes when online. You can also trigger a manual sync by using the pull-down gesture on the work order list. For a complete data refresh, a full sync (reinstall) re-downloads all data from the server — use this only when advised by support.
