This article will explain how to install the iOS mobile application.

To enable your employees to process workorders they need our mobile application. In this application they can add all relevent information needed to correctly process the workorder in your administration.
Step 1: Add the employee to your employee list in the BackOffice. Make sure there is a license available to activate the employee.
Step 2: Enter log in details to be shared with the employee.
Step 3: Open the Apple Store on either iPhone or iPad.
Step 4: Search for OutSmart. The correct application is called OutSmart Field Service as shown below.
Step 5: Open the application on either iPhone or iPad and there will be a log in screen. Enter the log in details created in Step 2 and the application will log in and is ready for use.
